Evan's Plans

From Jackson’s water crisis to rural broadband deserts across the Delta, MS-02 has been left behind for decades. Congressional seniority has not delivered clean water, reliable internet, or safe roads.

Evan will fight to send federal dollars directly to local projects — without letting them get stalled or siphoned off by the Mississippi legislature.

These funds would go directly to:

• Replacing outdated and dangerous water infrastructure, including lead pipes

• Expanding high-speed broadband across rural Mississippi

• Fixing unsafe roads and bridges that communities rely on every day
